About the program
Participants begin with two weeks of Italian language lessons and cultural orientation — including cooking classes and regional food tours — before moving into a full-time placement with a partner hotel or restaurant. This program suits candidates who want hands-on exposure to Italian culinary technique and hospitality service standards.
Roles are available in food production, pastry, food and beverage service, or front-of-house operations, depending on your background.
