About the program

Unlike our European and Japanese programs, Mauritius does not require a separate language phase — English and French are both widely used in the hospitality industry — so participants move directly into a full-time placement with a partner resort or hotel.

Roles are available in food production, food and beverage service, or front-of-house and guest services, depending on experience and availability.

• Age 18–35
• Currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality program, or a recent graduate
• Minimum 6 months of relevant education or work experience
• Upper-intermediate English
• Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining validity
