Full Internship vs Placement-Only

Ashiraj offers two ways to intern abroad. Both include the same pre-departure support, arrival orientation, and in-country coordinator — the difference is whether your program opens with a language and cultural orientation course.

Full Internship

• Opens with a 2–4 week language and cultural orientation course
• Best for candidates who want to build language skills before starting work
• Typically includes homestay accommodation during the language phase
• Longer total program duration

Placement Only

• Moves straight into your internship placement
• Best for candidates who are already comfortable in the local business language, or placed in an English-speaking workplace
• Shorter total program duration and lower program fee
